New Prescription Policy (Effective January 1, 2026)
To improve workflow and ensure accurate medical records:
- Owners may use any pharmacy they choose
- Third-party pharmacies will no longer send requests to us directly
- Clients must pick up written prescriptions in person and submit them to their chosen pharmacy
- Specialty or compounded medications may still be coordinated directly with select partner pharmacies when medically appropriate (exceptions only)
This does not limit where medications may be filled—it simply shifts responsibility to the pet owner rather than outside pharmacies contacting us.
