I had to rush my dog Casey in for labor complications , they were so companionate and attentive to her . First option didn’t work so they had to do an emergency c section which was soooo expensive but needed. . Dr Sheppard performed her surgery and did an amazing job , her nurse angel was right by her side all day . They were able to save 2 out of 5 of Casey’s pup. So incredibly thankful to the both of them for saving my dog and 2 little girls! Forever grateful! Thank you Angel and Dr. Sheppard.
My dog was recently cared for overnight at T&C after bringing her in to the emergency service. She had spent the previous night in the vet school ICU and been discharged with them unable to find anything wrong and saying she was just fine. She received no treatment there other than repeated sedation to keep her calm. She had never spent a night in a hospital before and was likely very nervous. Dr. Tucker was incredibly thorough and did an excellent job with my dog. All of the support staff that I saw, the techs and assistants, were very kind with both my dog and the other patients that were there. I am a veterinarian myself but do not practice ER medicine and was incredibly nervous to leave my dog again, but after talking to Dr. Tucker I knew this time she would be well cared for and actually begin receiving treatment. It took a little longer for her to recover after the stress of the night before and the delay in her starting treatment until she got to T&C, but she is back to 100%. I am very grateful to Dr. Tucker and the rest of the staff there. ER services are very expensive, but I understand that and definitely got a lot for what I paid for. My almost 15 year old hound is home with me and back to herself.
Town and Country veterinary services saved our dog's life. She had been attacked by a wild animal, most likely a bobcat. The wounds were extremely severe, and she had multiple lacerations and punctures. Town and Country saw her late in the day on an emergency call, and treated her wounds immediately. Due to the severity and the bacteria in the attacker's mouth and claws, our border collie had to have multiple surgeries and be medically boarded. Town & Country, and particularly Angel, treated our dog like their own. Angel had such a great rapport with our pup. We could see how well she had treated our dog when they gave her back to us after she healed, because our dog loved her so much. We are so grateful for Town and Country and their services.
Nothing like peace of mind. Extended hours and very professional service from the front all the way to the back.
Not sure where the bad rep comes from, our new puppy had an emergency and everyone there was very caring and honestly the price for an emergency visit wasn’t unreasonable. They even waived a fee to keep her for a few extra hours to keep an eye on her. This is my go to clinic from now on.
