Our Lab around 7pm last night was almost t totally unresponsive. We drove an hour to the vet because all of our local vets were closed. The lady’s at the front desk were so so friendly and nice and understanding. They came outside with a stretcher to get Zeus inside when we got there and he got immediate care. We was so so stressed how we was going to pay for the visit and they had resources to help us make payments on the bill. And helped keep our minds at bay despite everything going on. His doctor, Dr McKeown was absolutely amazing along with everyone that helped and talked to us. She did everything she could do to help us and Zeus. We hope to not have to come back but Will come here again if something happens with any of our pets in the future Zeus is already back to acting almost normal already we’re just so glad he’s okay. Thank you guys for everything

Everyone was very nice. Small dog with sudden, unknown respiratory difficulty. Busy clinic. The dog was not in distress so there was a bit of a wait, but understandable. Assessment and treatment was quick and efficient when we got our turn. Gentle and thorough evaluation, then x-rays. The doctor gave a great explanation of what was found, which was good news, and sent us home with meds and peace of mind. The dog gave the thermometer 1 star.

Our dog had an accident while he was playing and cut his leg badly in a very bad spot. Of course it happened after hours and our vets office had just closed. Everyone at T&C were very kind, courteous, professional, and accommodating. The facility is very clean, beautifully designed, and decorated. They were wonderful with and to our fur baby. Hope no one needs them for an emergency situation but we highly recommend.

We went in on sunday (5/10), We drove an hour and 20 minutes to go here because this was the place on our home vets voicemail. As soon as we got here they had just taken back an emergency, the staff were cool calm and collected. We know it had just happened because the dad was still covered in blood and so was the floor, they got the dad and the floor cleaned up quick. I think I heard them say the dog jumped through a glass table (its also my understanding the dog ended up being okay). Anyways, they took great care of them while also checking us in and showing us the new patient paperwork. I took my dog to pee and asked if they needed a specimen and they said they didnt need one because they had a special way to collect it. No problem. We get in the back and the room was nice and clean, as was everything else. The staff were friendly and the physician was actively listening to my concerns. They take my dog and get his blood but weren't able to get a urine. We suspected that because he had just peed. The doc said she thinks it could be a UTI, so she did give us the antibiotics anyway. They were very transparent eith the pricing and didnt do anything without telling me the price. I appreciate that because emergency vets are very expensive. I would consider seeing this vet if I lived closer, but they were very accommodating for an urgent weekend visit.

We had to make the saddest decision for our sweet girl. The staff from the moment we walked in provided us with so much empathy and accommodated us with time to allow our daughter to get there. The vet assistant and vet were so kind and listened to us and treated our girl with dignity up until the very end. I am so grateful for them to help us with this process.
