The day came when I had to put my best friend and loyal companion to rest. It was my first visit, and although a sad one, I left knowing she was put to rest by a compassionate and caring staff. The respectful and intimate setting made everyone feel at ease. I did receive the remains along with a molded paw print of my girl. That was the most thoughtful gift…I didn’t expect that, and was extremely appreciative of the thought. I highly recommend Town and Country. Thank you all!!
We brought our lab, Cooper to Town &Country from Bluefield. The staff and Katy took great care of him. We will definitely be back. Great experience.
As usual, Dr. Bailey took wonderful care of SugarBear and he is feeling better already. Such ease in getting seen when needed and so nice to all of us. Thank you Town & Country!
They were there to help my sweet baby when he overdosed on chocolate ❤️ very empathetic and communicative staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in an emergency
Such a wonderful team!! The care was 5 star. The companion and empathy another 5 star. That being said,I will gladly take my fur babies for anything they need, be it from grooming, major health issues and will trav
I had to rush my dog Casey in for labor complications , they were so companionate and attentive to her . First option didn’t work so they had to do an emergency c section which was soooo expensive but needed. . Dr Sheppard performed her surgery and did an amazing job , her nurse angel was right by her side all day . They were able to save 2 out of 5 of Casey’s pup. So incredibly thankful to the both of them for saving my dog and 2 little girls! Forever grateful! Thank you Angel and Dr. Sheppard.
