Town & Country really pulled through for me when my dog had an unexpected injury. They were able to get him in for treatment right away! Dr. Schramm was very thorough and actually called me throughout the day with updates. That means a lot! I was able to pick him up the same day and he's doing great! 👍

Recently had to take my dog in for an emergency visit. Of course, they seem to get sick on a holiday, weekend, or after hours. My hometown does not have a 24/7 veterinary hospital. T&C is over an hour away but being able to have staff provide emergency care for my pet around the clock is well worth the drive and the costs associated with providing this service. Doctors and support staff are very friendly and the facility is spacious and clean. I felt like my pet was treated very well. I would recommend Town and Country for anyone who needs urgent care or 24 hour supervision. It was not worth the risk to wait all weekend for my regular vet to open. Thank you for working nights, weekends and holidays and for providing exceptional care!

My dog, Honey, was brought in for emergency surgery after possibly being hit by a car, with a shattered tibia and fractured hip/pelvis. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced with one of my dogs, and the staff was so helpful and comforting when I brought her in.
Dr Nick, her surgeon, has been incredible — informative, knowledgable, comforting, and so patient with my questions and concerns — he kept me updated through the entire process.
Dr Tucker met with us for her discharge and an aftercare appointment, and was amazing!

Our sweet boy went to two other vets before we finally landed here at Town and Country. He refused to eat or drink for days and I ended up calling really late one evening to get him seen. They were able to get us in with only 30 minutes notice and Dr. Burdette took such wonderful care of him while he stayed for 2 nights. She also found the problem and we were able to treat him and get him back to his sweet playful and cuddly self! It meant the world to us when she even reached out from out of town just to check on him. I would trust them with all our pets. ❤️

Had to bring one of my FurBabies in for routine care on Veterans Day (2025).. I can honestly say I’ve never been recognized or as well treated as I was by the staff that day. I worked for a company in the past that makes its money on supposedly supporting Veterans and First Responders, yet never once was treated with the amount of respect I was given this year at my Veterinarians office. I am humbled and grateful. Can also say being military and now middle aged, I have been to places all over the East Coast and yet I’ve never met an office that goes to the extent T&C go to in order to take care of my animals. Have seen furry family members mistreated in the past and worries dismissed. Not here. Have never been met with anything but patience and kindness when in this office. The entire staff, from receptionist to Veterinarians themselves, you guys absolutely rock. Thank you.

I had to take my rabbit for an emergency. I was surprised that the clinic was so comfortable — fireplace and lounge chairs in the lobby, couch and other comfortable seating in the patient rooms.

I took 2 of my cats to see Dr. Shepard! She was absolutely amazing, my furbabies loved her and she was able to work with me to help with cost and payment! My kitties immediately started feeling better too!
