Had to bring my cat on a Saturday and they made it super easy. The staff is very friendly and explain everything very well. The veterinarians listen well and explained all steps of the care for my cat. Recommend highly!!!!
I love these folks. They were there for us and our best buddy more than once.

The staff at TCVC have been absolutely amazing to work with! My dog has a health issue that requires special care and the TCVC staff have treated my dog and I like family over the years! I recommend them to everyone who wants thorough and complete care for their pet!

Great staff. Nice facilities. Pricey. But, and this is HUGE, they are great docs and while TACVC is not my regular vet (I live in Radford) I TRUST THEM and I never hesitate to use them in emergency situations. DVM Kelly Burdette and staff have been seeing my pets since forever (Harley and Jake) and my Diva Dachshund, Miss Molly, has been there three or four times as well over the last few years. And now, RickyBobby and Benji are enjoying the expertise and professionalism of this courteous staff.

Town & Country really pulled through for me when my dog had an unexpected injury. They were able to get him in for treatment right away! Dr. Schramm was very thorough and actually called me throughout the day with updates. That means a lot! I was able to pick him up the same day and he's doing great! 👍

Recently had to take my dog in for an emergency visit. Of course, they seem to get sick on a holiday, weekend, or after hours. My hometown does not have a 24/7 veterinary hospital. T&C is over an hour away but being able to have staff provide emergency care for my pet around the clock is well worth the drive and the costs associated with providing this service. Doctors and support staff are very friendly and the facility is spacious and clean. I felt like my pet was treated very well. I would recommend Town and Country for anyone who needs urgent care or 24 hour supervision. It was not worth the risk to wait all weekend for my regular vet to open. Thank you for working nights, weekends and holidays and for providing exceptional care!

My dog, Honey, was brought in for emergency surgery after possibly being hit by a car, with a shattered tibia and fractured hip/pelvis. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced with one of my dogs, and the staff was so helpful and comforting when I brought her in.
Dr Nick, her surgeon, has been incredible — informative, knowledgable, comforting, and so patient with my questions and concerns — he kept me updated through the entire process.
Dr Tucker met with us for her discharge and an aftercare appointment, and was amazing!
Having an emergency with your dog is a very scary situation to be in, and the entire staff at Town&Country made sure Honey (and myself) were cared for at every step. She is a month out from her surgery and doing amazing!! I am forever grateful for everyone at Town & Country that had a hand in taking care of my Honey— especially her surgeon, Dr Nick.

Our sweet boy went to two other vets before we finally landed here at Town and Country. He refused to eat or drink for days and I ended up calling really late one evening to get him seen. They were able to get us in with only 30 minutes notice and Dr. Burdette took such wonderful care of him while he stayed for 2 nights. She also found the problem and we were able to treat him and get him back to his sweet playful and cuddly self! It meant the world to us when she even reached out from out of town just to check on him. I would trust them with all our pets. ❤️

The facility and staff are top notch. I really like the options for boarding, which is why I switched to Town and Country after the first time I boarded my dog. My boy is fairly healthy and his visits for annual care always go well.
