Wonderful Knowledgeable Loving Care About My Baby Boy Leo❣️ He's Feeling Soo Much Better! I Thought I Was Going To Lose My Baby 🦮
Let. Me. Tell. You. Something. I am an avid reviewer. I read reviews before choosing anything in my life. Seldom do I write reviews but I read them. This is the exception. We live at Smith Mountain Lake, VA, approx. an hour or so from Christiansburg and I go to an emergency vet in Roanoke, VA due to its proximity to our home. As we were watching our Pit Bull slowly deteriorate in front of our eyes our first call was our usual Roanoke where we were met with the unsettling news that they could not see her for 48 hours. We immediately took to Social Media asking for suggestions on where to go from here. Without hesitation, this was the place suggested by 90% of the comments. Terrified, we called expecting to be met with the same fate, we weren't!! These people were accommodating from the time they picked up the phone and said hello! We immediately rushed our girl to Town & Country not even caring about the drive. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, staff members moved swiftly to start her testing and X-Rays. From that moment on it has been nothing but a truly WONDERFUL experience. From the front desk (Crystal is AMAZING), to the Vet Techs and more importantly the Veterinarians, I have never felt more at ease having my pup away from me for such a long time because I TRULY feel she is being taken care of with the utmost respect and love. When no improvement was made for our girl in 24 hours they quickly rushed into action by taking her into Emergency Surgery and my wife and I rushed to Christiansburg to be by her side. After surgery we were taken to the most comfortable room with a couch to await the results of the surgery and when I say this Dr. sat with us for 15-20 minutes (which is unheard of) and talked to us as if we were her family, she did! She spoke about Bristol as if she were her own pet and I knew that we chose correctly. She answered all of our question and concerns without us feeling rushed. We were allowed a visit with her after surgery in the back for as long as we wanted! They even had a technician sit with her until she woke up! WHAT?! Remarkable. I have placed many calls over the course of the past couple of days simply checking on her status and not once was I met with frustration and irritation because of the constant calls. I always heard a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. I was allowed to visit daily with no hesitation. I felt like I was walking into a home vs. a vet's office. Every inch of this place down to the exam rooms were spotless as well. I could honestly sit here and write a book. If your local, go see them! If you have to travel to see them, don't hesitate, MAKE THE DRIVE. It will be worth it!<3
Great staff. Awesome place.
The Roanoke emergency vet was diverting to other places so we had to go here. Really nice place and my dog is doing well.
Great experience. Very nice staff. Highly recommend.
We have had to use Town and Country Vet for emergencies a few times. We have NEVER been disappointed. They all have been absolutely wonderful. The Dr’s took excellent care of our 2 boys and the whole staff cared about our boys well being. I have never been to a vet that I didn’t have some kind of complaint , but this vet office has no complaints whatsoever from us!!! I wished we were not over an hour away because I would most definitely use this office for all vet services. Thank you all so much for caring!!!
